he is the grandfather of NH Shinali Nimalaratne, who
co-founded NH Colonial Homes Pvt Ltd together with her daughter.

NH Shinali Nimalaratne is the youngest granddaughter of N. H. Abilinu, widely known as Saigam Mudalali, one of the largest landowners in Sri Lanka during his time.
Rooted in a distinguished legacy of land stewardship and heritage, she is the visionary founder whose passion for classical architecture and timeless design led to the establishment of NH Colonial Homes Pvt Ltd.
Amelia Hiranya Abeyratne
Amelia Hiranya Abeyratne is the granddaughter of Wilson Abeyratne, the owner of the renowned Sweety Toffee Confectionery.
Carrying forward a legacy of entrepreneurship, leadership, and cultural refinement, she brings strategic vision and creative insight to NH Colonial Homes Pvt Ltd, playing a key role in shaping the company’s identity and long-term direction.
